The “Ad” is a short form of advertisement. This is a form of marketing to the audience where communication is done to persuade them to take an action with respect to the commercial offering by the advertisement. In Latin, ad vertere means “to turn toward”. It is also made to show to the employees and general audience that the company is very viable and successful. An Ad can be shown in several ways, i.e. in print medium, television ad, radio ad, outdoor advertising or in the most popular digital space. In 2011, advertising budget was estimated at $467 billion worldwide.
