RRB NTPC Aptitude Test was the final stage test for the railway’s RRB’s Centralised Employment Notice 03/15. The notification for Railway’s 18000 vacancy came ot in year end 2015 and form was filled during Jan 2016. For 18000 vacancy nearly 94 Lacs job aspirants filled the form. The first stage test was organized during April-May 2016, it would have been considered as mains exam but due to some paper leak news the second stage exam was conducted in January 2017. The result came in later and every aspirant ws eagerly waiting for the last stage i.e. Psycho test. here railways made a good move and like Pre and mains exam, announced to conduct the Psycho test (RRB NTPC Aptitude Test) online. The exam center for Allahabad RRB was ION Digital Zone Noida. The center is well known among the job aspirants as several online exams are bieng conducted here. It is easy to reach from Delhi-NCR as you get shared auto from the last metro station to exam center.
RRB NTPC Aptitude Test
The RRB NTPC Aptitude Test was applicable for ASM posts. The test was of total 88 minutes and comprises several reasoning questions.
There were 5 tests:
1. Test for measuring Intelligence
a. In this test total 35 questions were asked to be solved under 10 minutes.
b. Examinee had to select the answer that is different from the others provided pictures.
2. Test for measuring Selective Action
a. Total 30 questions were asked to be solved within 8 minutes.
b. The examinee was required to add odd numbers only from the given rows of numbers.
3. Test for measuring Spatial Scanning
a. Total 40 questions were asked to be solved under 8 minutes.
b. Examinee had to find the best shortest routes between two points which passes through one house, house number was the answer.
4. Test for measuring Information Ordering
a. Total 25 questions were asked to be solved under 10 minutes.
b. 2 tables were provided and examinee had to answer the questions based on it.
5. Test for measuring the Personality
a. Total 35 questions were asked to be solved under 12 minutes.
b. The answers were to be sleected as per the prsonlity of the examinee, there was no right or wrong answer.
Overall the exam was easy, only 2nd test took time as it required summation of the numbers. Best of luck to all the candidates who appeared in the exam.
